Airport meet & greet, in reverse

Your driver picks you up at your La Fortuna area hotel and times the drive to your flight, so you arrive at LIR with time to spare. No shared shuttle, no waiting on other passengers' pickups.

Stops along the way

One hour of free wait time is included, popular for:

• Lake Arenal viewpoints as you leave the volcano area.
• A stop in Cañas for a meal or gas.
• A photo stop as the terrain opens into Guanacaste's dry plains.

Longer stops can be arranged for an additional fee, priced when you book.

Road notes

The route runs through mountains before dropping into Guanacaste's drier terrain. We advise against driving after dark, and June–November rain can bring potholes on the mountain stretch out of Arenal, one more reason we build in extra time for flight departures.

Vehicles

A sedan or SUV covers 1 to 4 travelers with standard luggage; a premium van fits 5 to 8; a Sprinter is available for larger groups or extra bags. Child seats are available on request.
